Method
- 1.In a small mixing bowl, stir in chicken and salad dressing. Toss in Parmesan cheese and croutons.
- 2.Add shredded or chopped lettuce to the bowl and stir gently.
- 3.Place about 1/4 of the salad mixture on one flatbread wrap. Roll tightly from one short end to the other. Secure your roll with toothpicks. Tip: Use 5 toothpicks, spaced evenly, to know where to cut the 5 sections.
- 4.Serve on a platter and enjoy!

- 2 chicken breasts, cooked then shredded or thinly chopped
- 70ml caesar salad dressing
- 120g parmesan cheese
- Croutons, crumbled
- Romaine lettuce, shredded or chopped
- 4 tortilla wraps (Italian or Mexican flavoured wraps if you prefer)
